Staff Challenges

The Be Grateful Challenge invites you to write down three things you are grateful for each day. By the end of the month, you will have a list of 90 different things that you are thankful for. It will only take a minute and can improve your physical and mental health, and will even help you sleep better. Keep a journal or make notes in your phone. Give it a try and see what this simple habit can do for you. Every day, track the number of items you wrote down.
